Note: Parties that choose to mediate their Premarital, Post-marital, or Cohabitation Agreement must also retain individual consulting attorneys to advise them throughout the mediation process and eventually sign the Agreement. If you do not already have consulting attorneys, we can provide referrals after an initial consultation.
